The Role: Store Commercial
Location: CHI MALLDOVA MALL, CHI BIG MARKET
As a Store Commercial; you will work closely with HQ merchandising and commercial teams and conduct qualitative and quantitative researches to understand the insights of the customer and provide input to collection design, product allocation, replenishment, and budgeting process.
Job Description:
- Observing, investigating and finding out the customer expectations, needs, preferences, style, shopping motivations of customers, understanding the insight of different ‘personas’,
- Performing customer segmentation for his/her store according to their clothing styles,
- Analyzing sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise and implementing visual merchandising activities to increase the sales potential to achieve maximum sales,
- Determining the ideal product mix of his/her store that fits perfectly to the periodical and occasional requirements,
- Following up the current trends to forecast the sales potential,
- Exploring, analyzing, determining and demanding the ideal product mix that should be in his/her store,
- Cooperate with HQ merchandising team,
- Evaluating and giving points (RANKS) to the future collections in terms of suitability of his/her store’s customer needs, expectations/preferences.
Required Qualifications:
Education & Language Skills
- BS / BA Degree is a plus
- Advanced English (written & verbal)

The Role:
Payroll and Personnel Specialist
We are looking for high caliber professionals to help achieve our goal of becoming “one of Europe’s three most successful apparel retailers by 2023”.
Job Description:
- Calculates, keeps and follows salary, bonus, reward, overtime, additional benefit records of Country Office and store personnel; prepares and delivers the reports requested by HQ HR Department
- Acts as the contact person with Manpower & Immigration Ministry to get the work and residence permissions for expatriates.
- Archives the records of attendance sheets for Country Office staff and necessary employee file documentation, keeps them up-to-date.
- Keeps International Retail Employee Registration System up-to-date.
- Advises management on work related regulations, statutory and industrial matters.
- Coordinates Labor relations with official bodies.
- Acts as the contact person for Social Insurance System for the related processes. Ensures that new employees are registered in and resigned or terminated employees are removed from Social Insurance System.
- Calculates final settlements for resigned or terminated employees.
- Prepares necessary documentation for the employees in order to be able them to open bank accounts.
Desired Skills & Experience
Education & Language Skills
- University Degree in a relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of the Employment Act
- Member of the National Institute of Human Resources Management- will be considered as an advantage
Professional Expertise
- Minimum 2 years of payroll administration experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in keeping and tracking employees appointment documentation- labor contracts, termination orders, side letters and annexes, implementation of disciplinary actions
- Minim 2 years experience in Employment Act
- Strong knowledge of payroll practices involving salaries, tracking of working hours and any types of leaves, sales commission employees
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet payroll and period closing deadlines.
- Capable of discretely handling confidential information
- Analytical mindset that is able to innovate and improve existing processes
- Knowledge of MS Office programs

Reporting Specialist

The Role: Reporting Specialist
Job Description:
- Preparation and analysis of all periodical management reports (P&L, Cash Flow, BS/IS, Treasury, LG, and other requested reports) established by the company according to the company’s accounting and reporting guidelines.
- Conducting financial data analysis and evaluate financial performance
- Conducting on-site and remote financial control activities to ensure that company standards are applied and bookkeeping activities are efficiently performed. Controlling compliance of company and local Accounting & Reporting Guidelines
- Control and analysis of daily accounting records, they are up to date status and accuracy
- Monitoring changes in local accounting standards and ensure Group companies are compliant with local GAAP
- Analysis and reporting of inventory-related processes and advice on improvement areas
- Active participation in the reconciliation of inventory stocktaking process
- Analysis and reporting of Treasury costs and set action plans to minimize the costs
- Coordinates monthly/quarterly/annual accurate closing in accounting advises on development areas
- Responsible for reflection of financial costs in the P&L and reconciliation process with banks
- Participates in reconciliation process with suppliers and customers
- Preparation of bank guarantees for landlords and controlling over bank guarantees issuing process
- Calculation and control of accruals and provisions
- Internal control of finance set-up and optimization of the reporting system
Required Qualifications:
- Audit experience in one of the Big4 Audit Companies is a big plus
- University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- Between 1 – 4 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in foreign companies
- Sound knowledge in local GAAP, IFRS/IAS knowledge is an advantage
- Experience to create P&L, BS, Cash Flow, Budget, Forecasts
- Strong analytical, modeling and quantitative skills
- Business pro-active and initiative
- Decision making, analyzing and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership and communication skills, intercultural competence
- Well-organized, goal-oriented, stress resistance
- Able to multitask and work within deadlines
- Advanced Excel, PPT skill is a must, ERP system knowledge is a big plus

Accountant
Job Description:
- Bookkeeping activities of the stores
- Responsible of accounts payable process (cash & bank, supplier, contractor and customer account recording and collection/payment cycles),
- Reconsolidation of GL accounts and monthly closing process,
- Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, profit, and loss, cash flow, etc.) and submit periodical management reports to Group Finance function,
- Supporting to prepare and submit official declarations (to the tax authority, social security institution, etc.) in a timely manner,
- Periodical bank, customer and supplier account reconciliations,
- Payroll preparation, fixed asset register bookings,
- Support Exportation & Importation process
- Participate in budgeting and future projections
Required Qualifications:
Education & Language Skills
- High school or University degree in Accounting
Professional Expertise
- Sound knowledge in local Tax laws and regulations
- Strong accounting background with accrual accounting mentality
- Experience in local bookkeeping
- Sounds IFRS financial reporting knowledge
- Business start-up experience is an asset

Country HR Manager-Morocco
Job Description:
To add value to the LC Waikiki Morocco business by acting as the strategic partner of the Country Manager in order to support the business growth. Working in close conjunction with the LC Waikiki headquarters you will be coordinating all corporate HR activities and people management processes relating to recruitment, promotion and our internal development programs.
Key responsibilities:
- managing the local HR team,
- implementing local development of the corporate HR policy,
- supporting managers in their day-to-day managerial activities,
- advising on current legislation and employment law by keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation,
- taking care of the talent acquisition and talent management

IT Specialist
IT Specialist – Morocco
Job Description:
-Maintain and support point of sale and back office systems
-Support new store openings, functionality enhancements and upgrades
-Configure and maintain computers, POS peripherals, handheld terminals and networking equipment in retail stores
-Provide first level support to customers’ requests
-Perform diagnostics of customer issues
-Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting over the phone with customer contacts
-Refer customer issues to upper level support when necessary
-On site diagnose, repair and upgrade hardware or software as necessary
-Ensure accurate documentation of all calls handled
-Perform follow-up call-backs with customers
-Keep up-to-date on all Service Desk processes and troubleshooting procedures
Requirements:
-University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
-Minimum 2 years of helpdesk support experience is a must; support experience in POS systems will be a plus
Professional Know-How:
-Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
-Preferably MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) certified
-Strong knowledge of Windows server/client operating systems, PC hardware and local area networking
-Minimum entry level knowledge of SQL Server
